Who We Are

Ide Gymnastics was founded in 2009 by gymnastics veteran Jeff Ide and his wife Jeanne. They started with small teams in Illinois and eventually opened a gym in Fairfield, Iowa in 2014. In 2023, the gym moved to a new facility outside the city limits. Together, the couple leverages their extensive experience to train both recreational and competitive gymnasts.

Ide Gymnastics is more than just a training facility; it's a community where individuals can discover their inner athlete, challenge themselves, and achieve their dreams.

Recreational Classes

Mommy & Me

Mommy & Me classes for trampolining and tumbling are all about introducing little ones (ages 9 months to 3 years old) to the wonders of movement in a safe and fun way, with mom (or dad!) right by their side!

Trampoline

Each bounce becomes a springboard for daring twists, flips, and somersaults, demanding strength, flexibility, and lightning-fast coordination. It's like flying without leaving the ground!

Gymnstics (Tumbling)

Instead of bouncing on a mat, you jump, roll, and flip across special padded floors. Think cartwheels, handstands, and even somersaults - all connected together in cool sequences. It doesn’t stop there! Get experience on balance beams, uneven bars and vaulting, too!

HOmeschool

Classes where learning jumps and flips becomes part of your curriculum! Movement enhances cognitive function, improves memory, and promotes focus,

Connect with other homeschooled kids, build friendships, and foster teamwork.

Team

Joining the official team at Ide Gymnastics is an exciting prospect, and it's understandable to be curious about how it works! Since being "officially" on the team involves commitment and competition, the coaches take careful consideration before making selections. Ask about it today

All athletes must wear comfortable and snug-fitting clothing. Socks must be worn on the double mini and trampoline.

Required for Safety: No jeans, dangling earrings, zippers, buckles, No sports bras, skirts/dresses/tutu's. Hair must be pulled back away from the face.

Athletes not meeting these requirements will not be allowed to participate.

“Dr. Bryan Vander Linden, Pharm D, is a fourth generation pharmacist who grew up in small town Iowa where his family owned and operated an independent pharmacy. The Vander Linden Pharmacy was founded by Dr. Bryan’s great grandfather in 1912 and stood as a integral part of the community. Although the Vander Linden Pharmacy is no longer in business, Dr. Bryan desires to see Summit Pharmacy carry on its legacy.

Dr. Bryan received his degree in doctor of pharmacy from Drake University in Des Moines, Iowa. After graduating, Dr. Bryan and his family moved to Fairfield, Iowa. He has worked as the pharmacy manager for a local pharmacy since 2013. In his career as a pharmacist, he has always had a heart for owning an independent pharmacy. Now that the adventure has begun, Dr. Bryan will strive to serve his community and patients with excellence. Summit Pharmacy will be a place where you belong.
